StreamZAP 利用規約

1. はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、StreamZAP（以下「本拡張機能」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本拡張機能をインストール・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. サービスの概要

本拡張機能は、TwitchおよびYouTubeのフォロー中ライブ配信を横断して一覧表示するChrome拡張機能です。本拡張機能はYouTube API Servicesを使用しています。

3. 利用条件

本拡張機能を利用するにあたり、以下の条件に同意するものとします。

• TwitchおよびYouTubeの各利用規約を遵守すること
• YouTube利用規約に従うこと
• Googleプライバシーポリシーに従うこと
• 本拡張機能を違法または不正な目的で使用しないこと

4. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

• 本拡張機能のリバースエンジニアリング・改ざん・再配布
• 本拡張機能を使用した違法行為
• TwitchおよびYouTubeのAPIを過度に消費する行為

5. 免責事項

本拡張機能は現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は以下について責任を負いません。

• TwitchまたはYouTubeのAPI変更による機能停止
• 本拡張機能の使用により生じた損害
• サービスの中断・停止・終了

6. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も本拡張機能を使用し続けることで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StreamZAP (the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Overview

The Extension is a Chrome extension that displays a unified live stream list from followed channels on Twitch and YouTube. This Extension uses YouTube API Services.

3. Terms of Use

By using the Extension, you agree to the following:

• Comply with the respective terms of service of Twitch and YouTube
• Comply with the YouTube Terms of Service
• Comply with the Google Privacy Policy
• Not use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the Extension
• Using the Extension for any illegal activities
• Excessive consumption of Twitch or YouTube API resources

5. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is." The developer is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions caused by API changes from Twitch or YouTube
• Any damages arising from the use of the Extension
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the service

6. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
